Just a quick update on the front door before we have family over for supper. This is the gift I got for Peter this Christmas:

| This is the outside of the doorbell. It was the original doorbell for our home, and is made from copper. The turn knob is a little bent, but it still works fine. When rung it sounds like a bicycle bell! We're so excited to have a doorbell, that we've hung a sign asking people to ring it. It sure beats having people pound as loud as they can on our door! |
